Rules Governing Your Account
and Use of the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Services" means all gaming, betting, and account management features accessible on the vk990 Platform, including live casino, sports betting, jackpot slots, cockfighting, cash out, and payment processing.
• "Applicable Law" means all laws, regulations, and statutory instruments in force in the jurisdiction applicable to your use of vk990.

2.1   By registering an Account on vk990, you enter into a legally binding agreement with us. These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and vk990.

2.2   Your continued use of the vk990 Platform after any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically for updates.

2.3   These Terms apply to all use of vk990, whether accessed via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other means. No separate agreement or verbal representation overrides these Terms.

3.1   Minimum Age. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an Account or place any Bet on vk990. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. We do not permit individuals under 18 to access or use any part of the Services.

3.2   Age Verification. vk990 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or any other government-issued identity document displaying your date of birth. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within a reasonable period will result in Account suspension.

3.3   Your Declaration. By registering, you declare that you are 18 years of age or older, that you are registering for personal entertainment purposes only, and that you have not previously been excluded from any vk990 Account.

3.4   One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on vk990. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of balances.

4.1   To use the vk990 Services, you must register a personal Account. During registration you are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, and a secure password. All information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete.

4.2   You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or outdated information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure.

4.3   vk990 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to state a reason.

4.4   Identity Verification (KYC). To unlock full withdrawal capabilities and higher transaction limits, you may be required to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of your CNIC and a proof of address. vk990 processes KYC documents within one business day. Until KYC is complete, withdrawal limits may apply to your Account.

4.5   vk990 accounts are strictly for personal use. You may not transfer, sell, gift, or otherwise assign your Account to any third party.

5.1   You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vk990 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share these with any other person.

5.2   You should enable two-step verification (2SV) in your Account security settings. 2SV provides an additional layer of protection by requiring a one-time SMS code sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number whenever your Account is accessed from an unrecognised device.

5.3   vk990 will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password purporting to be from vk990 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5.4   If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify vk990 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. We will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily freezing your Account.

5.5   vk990 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

6.1   Currency. All transactions on vk990 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). vk990 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and all balances, stakes, winnings, and payouts are denominated in PKR.

6.2   Accepted Payment Methods. vk990 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL IBFT, UBL IBFT, MCB Bank IBFT, and USDT TRC20. Supported payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

6.3   Deposit Processing. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are typically credited to your vk990 wallet within 60 seconds. Raast instant bank transfers typically settle within 1–5 minutes. IBFT bank transfers (HBL, UBL, MCB) may take 5–30 minutes during standard banking hours.

6.4   Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Account holders are processed automatically. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 10 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 2 business hours. vk990 does not impose withdrawal processing fees on standard PKR amounts.

6.5   Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on your Account, or to accounts verified as belonging to you. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

6.6   Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier. These limits may differ by payment method and may be adjusted based on Account verification status.

6.7   Source of Funds. By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are not using funds derived from criminal activity. vk990 reserves the right to conduct source-of-funds checks at any time.

7.1   General. By placing any Bet on vk990, you accept the specific rules applicable to that product, which are displayed within each section of the Platform. These general Terms apply in addition to any product-specific rules. In the event of a conflict, product-specific rules prevail for matters related to that product only.

7.2   Bet Confirmation. A Bet is only valid once it has been confirmed and assigned a unique bet reference by the vk990 system. Bets placed during system interruptions, network errors, or outside advertised market availability may be voided at vk990's discretion.

7.3   Sports Betting. vk990 sports betting markets — including cricket (HBL Pakistan Super League and international fixtures), field hockey, and other events — are subject to standard betting rules regarding settlement, abandonment, postponement, and void markets. Detailed rules are available within the Sports section.

7.4   Casino Games. All casino games available on vk990, including live dealer games, video slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and game shows, use independently audited random number generators (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is displayed within the game interface.

7.5   Jackpot Slots. Progressive jackpot prizes are awarded randomly or via specific bonus mechanics as described in the individual game rules. vk990 is not liable for technical interruptions that prevent a jackpot trigger from completing, beyond returning the stake value of the affected game round.

7.6   Cockfighting. Live Sabong cockfighting events are settled based on official results as declared by the event operator. In the event of an abandoned or incomplete match, vk990 will apply standard void or settlement rules as described in the Cockfighting section.

7.7   Cash Out. The Cash Out feature allows you to settle an open sports bet before the event concludes. Cash Out availability is not guaranteed and may be withdrawn at any time at vk990's discretion. The Cash Out value offered is calculated by vk990's algorithm and reflects current market conditions at the time of the request.

7.8   Errors. In the event of a manifest error in pricing, odds, or game outcome due to a technical fault, vk990 reserves the right to void the affected Bets and return stakes. This applies to both over-priced odds that were clearly erroneous and to game results caused by software malfunction.

8.1   vk990 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other promotional offers to Account holders from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed at the time the offer is presented.

8.2   Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable PKR cash. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time frame will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

8.3   vk990 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

8.4   Abuse Prevention. Bonus funds are intended for genuine entertainment use. vk990 monitors for patterns of bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion, matched betting specifically targeting bonus value, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may have bonus privileges revoked and affected winnings voided.

8.5   vk990 is under no obligation to offer bonuses or promotions and may discontinue any offer at any time at its sole discretion.

9.1   The following activities are strictly prohibited on vk990 and constitute a material breach of these Terms. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on vk990 simultaneously.
• Registering using false, fraudulent, or third-party identity information.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or in connection with money laundering.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known errors must be reported and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players at live casino tables or in any game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing Bets on behalf of or in coordination with other Account holders to circumvent limits or terms.
• Attempting to access another player's Account without authorisation.
• Any conduct intended to defraud vk990 or its players.

10.1   vk990 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Your Account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity;
• You have provided false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Your Account is subject to a legal order, regulatory inquiry, or law enforcement request;
• We are required to do so by Applicable Law.

10.2   Voluntary Closure. You may request to close your vk990 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or emailing [email protected]. Any remaining PKR balance at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to your verified payment method, subject to any outstanding wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

10.3   Self-Exclusion. If you wish to exclude yourself from vk990 for responsible gaming reasons, you may activate a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen period. See Section 11 for full responsible gaming provisions.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing vk990 via the Account settings or by contacting support.

12.2   You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vk990 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, reverse-engineering, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform or its content.

12.3   The vk990 name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are registered or unregistered trademarks of vk990. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

13.1   No Warranty. The vk990 Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.

13.2   Service Interruptions. vk990 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from planned or unplanned maintenance, technical outages, third-party infrastructure failures, internet connectivity issues, or any other circumstances outside our reasonable control that affect access to the Platform.

13.3   Gaming Losses. vk990 accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred as a result of placing Bets or playing casino games on the Platform. Gambling involves risk, and you are solely responsible for the decisions you make regarding your PKR balance and wagering activity.

13.4   Aggregate Liability Cap. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, vk990's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.5   Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14.1   vk990 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Account holders via the email address on record and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

14.2   The version of the Terms displayed on this page at the time of any disputed interaction constitutes the operative version of the agreement for that interaction.

14.3   We recommend that you review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

15.1   These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Applicable Law.

15.2   Internal Dispute Resolution. In the first instance, any complaint or dispute must be submitted to the vk990 support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 7 business days.

15.3   If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within a reasonable period, either party may seek resolution through the applicable legal channels available under Applicable Law.

15.4   The English-language version of these Terms & Conditions is the authoritative version. Any translation provided for convenience shall not override the English text in the event of any inconsistency.
